BE SURE YOU CAN ATTEND THE ITALY TRIP, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER DEPOSITS ARE MADE UNLESS THE ENTIRE TRIP IS CANCELLED. Its your responsibility to make sure whomever told you about the trip also get the emails to you or that you make sure you are in the communication circles that can keep you informed. Money can ticket credits cannot be transferred to another person either. If you turn in a name for a ticket to be booked, thats how it will be reserved and if that person cannot go for whatever reason, the non-refunadable policy will still be in effect. If you choose to gift a person and they choose not to go, then refund issues would be between you and that person; not Rene Reyes Entertainment or any affiliates or personally. TICKETS WERE ISSUED AS LATE AS MIDNIGHT THE NIGHT BEFORE TRAVEL SO IF YOU GREW IMPATIENT AND BACKED OUT FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A REFUND...PERIOD!
